Cathryn, working out loud looks like being an important new concept in helping us frame our ideas of learning, work and knowledge-sharing. Individuals differ in their propensity to share - some are reticent, some comfortable, others delight in over-sharing. How can we make sure that when individuals work out loud, the noise does not exceed the signal?
